Our advances in food processing did solve much of hunger issue in regards to food production and distribution. But at the same time, it also means what we ingest doesn't contain enough nutrients for best health. Which means taking health vitamin supplements is essential now more than ever. On top of that, eating fruits, grains and vegetables also aids in this matter.
